Another image from last night. We are about to leave for England so I am looking forward to photographing some new subject matter, Lafitole and the views of the Pyrenees are a bit exhausted at the moment.

We went to a concert in Marciac tonight to see the American blues singer Eric Bibb, someone I have wanted to see for a long time. I smiled and had a tear in my eye all the way through, Karen had never heard of him before but was bowled over and became an instant fan.

On yesterdays trip into Spain after the trip to the supermarket to buy cheap wine etc we went back into France over the Col to see the snow and take some photographs, we were reminded that even in this beautiful and peaceful area they is the threat of violence.
